Job Description : In a Tamil Voice Process job, you will talk to customers in Tamil over the phone. You may help them with their questions, solve problems, or tell them about products or services. This can be inbound (customer calls you) or outbound (you call the customer).
Education Qualification : Any degree .
UG : BSC, BBA, BCOM etc
PG: MSC, MCOM, MBA etc
Salary : the salary ₹ 1.25-2 Lacs P.A
Experience : 0-2 years
Skills : Fluent Tamil speaking skills.
Basic English understanding is helpful.
Good communication and listening skills.
Patient and polite with customers.
Basic computer knowledge (to enter call details)
